Pushing the boundaries and thinking differently is nothing new to Vans surfers Alex Knost (from Costa Mesa, California) and Lee-Ann Curren (from Biarritz, France). Whether in the water or out, they know that true self-expression means being unapologetically yourself. In this second season of their genderless head-to-toe collection from Vans, Alex and Lee-Ann worked together to integrate new colors and materials, driving a unique approach to progression with product and inclusivity.
Their “outside-the-lines” way of thinking, both on a wave and off, has come to life in the new Vans X Curren X Knost Pant. Inspired by 70s interiors and automotive design, this classic chino pant highlights a timeless aesthetic with retro flair. Embroidered Drop V bartacks offer reinforcement with a heritage twist while other notable details bring plenty of Off The Wall style to this wardrobe essential: the new “V” belt loop detail on the back waistband, a permanent pressed crease on both the front and back of the legs, and the new flag label sewn internally to the hem seam for added branding when legs are cuffed. Because for Alex and Lee-Ann, it’s about more than creating a collection that people look good wearing-it is about feeling good when you are wearing it.
